This is a Cisco CUCM Lab (Cisco Unified Call Manager) latest version 14.0 Server Platform is a Dell R620 PowerEdge with 64GB RAM & 1TB SSD Drive running VMware ESXi 6.7 It includes 2 x Hex-Core CPU’s (Xeon E5-2620) that is, 12 Cores total (or 24 vCPU’s). This Server can be used for any Voice/Collaboration Certification (CCNP or CCIE Collaboration). As you may know, Cisco has replaced the old CCNA Collaboration Cert. With a new CCNP Collaboration Certification! And this CUCM Server is the main piece needed for this Certification. These are its main features: – 2 x Hex Core Processors (2 x Xeon E5-2620 ==> 12 Cores = 24 vCPU’s) – 4 x Gigabit Ethernet Interfaces – - 64GB RAM (can be upgraded) – 1TB SSD Drive (can be upgraded) – Operating System: VMware ESXi 6.7 Raw Metal Virtualization OS – Windows 2019 Domain Controller (used for Active Directory Services) – Cisco Unified Call Manager Software (CUCM) version 14.0 (see details below). Note : Please notice that the Monitor is not included. You’ll need a Monitor and a Keyboard to operate this Server. CUCM Version 14.0 : – Cisco Unified Communications Manager Publisher 14.0 (PUB) – Cisco Unified Communications Manager Subscriber 1 4.0 (SUB) – Cisco Unified Communication Manager IM & Presence 1 4.0 (CUPS) – Cisco Unified Unity Connection 1 4.0 (UC). This system also includes a Windows 2019 Server VM (a separate VM within ESXi) This Windows 2019 Server can be used to configure a Domain Controller (DC) in order to provide Active Directory Domain Services for authentication purposes. Please notice that although all CUCM components are fully installed, the Customer is expected to do some basic setup/customization work. Server includes a 1TB SSD Drive. But this Drive can be upgraded to 2T B or even 4TB. In addition, you can connect your own Phones. However, in order to do that you’ll need an External Switch with PoE (Power over Ethernet) functionality. There are multiple Switch options available that can achieve this objective. Other Optional Components : As an option, we can also include UCCX (Unified Contact Center e X press), which is a separate VM in ESXi. Please ask for price and availability. We also offer UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), which is a more complete product than UCCX. However, due to its complexity, UCCE is offered as a totally separate product! So please check out our other items. The CUCM Software installed in this Server ha s a Non-Commercial/Educational License (or Demo License) that is valid for a period of 90 days. After the Demo License expires (after 90 Days) you’ll need to re-install CUCM. For that purpose we provide all CUCM VMware-ready Images (OVA files). CUCM can be re-installed an unlimited number of times! Therefore, it can be used indefinitely! As an option you can also install a Permanent License , which we can also provide if needed. CCNP Collaboration : Please notice that, although CCNA Specialty Certifications like the former CCNA Collaboration do not longer exist, Cisco has NOT actually eliminated the Collaboration Certification track! Cisco has effectively replaced the former CCNA Collaboration Cert. Like the old CCNA Cert, this new Cisco CCNP Collaboration Certification also requires two Exams. CCNP Collaboration Core Exam (350-801 CLCOR) – CCNP Collaboration Concentration Exam (300-810 CLICA, 300-815 CLACCM, 300-820 CLCEI or 300-835 CLAUTO) This CUCM Server is the main piece needed for the Core Exam (350-801 CLCOR) and for some Concentration Exams. Communication between CUCM Server and Voice Gateway (2811 Router) is also done through a SIP Trunk. This is a very unique product that is fully configure and ready to operate from the first minute! The Server Platform is a Dell R620 with 32GB RAM + 500GB HD running VMware ESXi 6.5 (see details below) The Voice Gateway is implemented with a Cisco 2811 Router with an FXO Card + the proper PVDM. The FXO Card must be connected to the PSTN to reach the outside world. Incoming calls are re-directed to specific Extension Number (one of the IP Phones). CUCM Version 12.5 : CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager) is the Software that provides (among others) Call Control functions. CUCM requires the use of VMware ESXi Hypervisor Software (Raw Metal Virtualization Operating System) With this Virtualization Technology a single physical Server can run Multiple Virtual Servers.
